• Appointment preparation

Please review the service details and FAQ page from the top menu to learn more about the before and aftercare instructions and to find out if you are a good candidate for the treatment.

• Late or missed appoinmnet

We strongly encourage our clients to arrive 10-20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE.

​Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited.

​A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. Additional missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests.

• Refund policy

The return and refund policy is a gentle notification from our side for our valuable clients for avoiding any sort of misunderstanding in the future. The return and refund policies are just made in order to illustrate certain circumstances under which microblading will refund or return the item. After registering for any of our services, you are depicting that you have read and understood all our terms and conditions outlined under the return and refund section.

• Cancellation policy

A 72-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment prior to 72 hrs before your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional deposit and full payment in advance will be required to be placed back on the schedule.

• Rescheduling

For all permanent makeup appointments, to best utilize appointment times for all clients, a 72-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. We reserve your appointment just for you, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to make your appointment. To best utilize appointment times for all clients we need at least 72-hour notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiting your deposit. To reschedule, you will need to contact us. We kindly ask that you please email or call to let us know, (voice mail if necessary) or text (no social media cancellations) at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule.

• Candidacy

All clients are responsible for checking candidacy prior to any appointment. If you arrive at an appointment and cannot receive treatment due to any listed contraindications, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
