Brown permanent eyeliner was this client’s preference from the start. At 65, she wanted her green-hazel eyes to stand out while keeping the natural look of her face. Her eyebrows were very pale blonde, and she did not want black liner to introduce a stronger contrast than she felt comfortable wearing.
Procedure date:
Nooshin chose dark brown and designed a thin line close to the upper lashes, finishing with a small outer wing. The photographs show the result after the first session, not a documented healed result.

Choosing brown permanent eyeliner for green-hazel eyes
The colour decision came directly from the client’s preferences. She did not like the idea of black around her green-hazel eyes and asked for brown instead. Her light eyebrows were another part of the design: she wanted the eyeliner to sit comfortably alongside her existing features.
Dark brown gave the artist a way to define the upper lash area while staying within that request. For this client, brown eyeliner for hazel eyes was about drawing attention to the colour already present in the iris. It was not about changing her eye colour or creating a bold makeup look.
A thin lash-focused line with a small wing
The design followed the upper lash line closely so the emphasis would read as added definition around the lashes. A very small tail at the outer corner gave the outline a little more length. Nooshin’s aim was a slightly more almond-shaped appearance, responding to the client’s concern that her eyes looked small.
The single-eye view below makes that design easier to see. The brown line follows the upper lid and tapers into a short extension at the outer edge. Her pale brow remains visible above it, giving context to the restrained colour choice.

What the first-session photographs show
The close views show a defined upper line and a small wing alongside the client’s green-hazel iris. The supplied comparison below brings the difference in lash-line definition into focus. The change is concentrated around the eye rather than across the brow area.

This story records the first session on July 2, 2026. It does not document a later touch-up or healed colour, so those outcomes are not presented as part of this result. The visible result is the thin dark-brown design described by the artist.
